Resolved Question: HELP!! Where should we move?

Okay so...right now i'm living in Salida, Colorado (a small, nothing to do town) and we're(my family) trying to decide where we want to move. I want to move to either Gunnison or Loveland, but my dad is considering moving all the way to North Carolina (idk what town). So..what do you suggest? I want information from people who live or have lived in these places..which is best?
