Resolved Question: I have a dell E1505 and i want to reinstall windows?

on the E1505 (dell) on the (F8) menu it does not have the option of system restore so how do I restore it. the only options it has are safe mode safe mode with networkingg safe mode with command prompt enable boot logging enable vga mode last know config (tryed it dont work) directory services restore mode (windows domin controllers only) debugging mode disable automatic restart on system failure start windowns normally reboot return to os choice menu. so whitch one should i use i have slow speed internet so cant download anything (1.5 speed) i need step by step on how to do this and i lost my disc's that came from dell like reinstall and all of that so asap thanks tk91 (Garrett B. techkids wifi of loveland colorado.)...
